Our restaurants

The main restaurant is composed of the Hebelstube, Bergdörfli Silva Nigra and Thommy`s 93.

Breakfast buffet: 7:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m.
Lunch buffet: 12:00 p.m.-1:45 p.m.
Sweet hour: 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
Evening buffet: 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

A large buffet awaits you in the main restaurant. You can enjoy high-quality food in stylish surroundings full of classical paintings. An artist from Freiburg painted them more than 100 years ago with reference to the poems of Johann-Peter Hebel.

Quaint and rustic. This cosy restaurant is designed in the style of a chalet and offers the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a good wine from Baden together with regional and international specialties.

A cozy place that invites the whole family to come together and enjoy delicious food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

“Fanny's”: the somewhat different restaurant

Be inspired by the unusual culinary ideas and dine at our grill tables, where you prepare your meal yourself on a grill embedded in the table. Or enjoy the evening with your family with a fish, meat or cheese fondue. As another special feature, tasty spareribs and gourmet burgers are waiting to tantalize your palate.

Why “Fanny's”?

Fanny Mayer was the first owner of the Feldberger Hof and was known as the "Feldberg Mother”. And like Fanny Mayer herself, the restaurant is a true personality.

That’s what it looks like inside.

Stylish and cosy. Centuries-old Austrian shingles, benches covered in cowhide, colourful cuckoo clocks on the walls: the Southern Black Forest is at home here.

What gets you “ticking”?

The children’s “Tic-Tac” bar! The bar gets its name from the colourful cuckoo clocks that tick on the walls. Just like the “Bollenhut” hat, the cuckoo clocks are a symbol of the Black Forest.

Eat on small boats

In the "Tic-Tac” bar food is served for children on small floating boats. Our young guests sit waiting in anticipation around an artificially created pool and small boats loaded with vegetables, chips or pasta float by.

Snacks, sweet pastries, ice cream bar with soft ice cream and much more daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Water is life

That is why special water quality is indispensable for us. We revitalise our water in the hotel using the special Original Grander process. This is based on the principle of information transfer and naturally gives water a very high, stable and biologically valuable quality.

Nothing rounds off a wonderful evening meal better than a nightcap at the bar. Enjoy our seasonal cocktail creations and long drinks or a classic international drink (e.g. Cosmopolitan). You can enjoy watching the sports highlights together on Sky Sports and DAZN.
