1. Rate Information

General Information

Rates apply per adult, per night, based on two full-paying adults (plus visitor’s tax).
A minimum stay is required during certain periods (fixed arrival and departure dates).

Minimum Stays

Period: December 22, 2025 – December 27, 2025 Minimum stay: 5 nights
Period: December 27, 2025 – January 2, 2026 Minimum stay: 6 nights
Period: February 13, 2026 – February 18, 2026 Minimum stay: 5 nights

2. Children’s Rates

General Information

Rate per child and per night, with two full-paying adults (plus visitor’s tax).
Valid for a maximum of 2 children under 7 years, for stays of 5 nights or more.
Children stay free (5-night minimum) during the following periods:
- May 6 – June 7, 2025
- May 3 – May 8, 2026
- June 8 – June 27, 2026
- September 12 – September 19, 2026

Small print

Flower orders

We are happy to accept bouquet orders up to 3 days before the requested date (we might need more time around bank holidays). Please note that, alongside the costs for the flowers, we will also invoice an additional service charge of € 10.00.

Pet (dog) without food

For 4 nights and more € 16,00 per pet/night (flat rate for 1-3 nights € 55,00 one-time)

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, children's/animation area and swimming pool area. We ask for your understanding that dogs are only allowed leashed in the bar area and Café Chocolate.

Parking

1 underground parking space per room is included in the accommodation price per night. If you come with a 2nd car, this will be invoiced at a cost of € 12.00 per space/night.
