We provide you with this exclusive guest card for stays of 2 nights or more. With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you can plan your holiday individually and according to your wishes, as it gives you free access to around 100 attractions. These include museums, ski lifts, indoor climbing parks, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, mini golf courses and much more.

As a holder of the Hochschwarzwald Card, you also benefit from special discounted prices, including discounted admission to the Badeparadies Schwarzwald and ski tickets in the Feldberg ski area. Use the Hochschwarzwald Card and experience free leisure activities.

New from Dezember 2023

The previous division into free inclusive services and so-called plus services, where Card guests paid a discounted admission price, will no longer apply in future.

The digital guest card offer will be expanded: New attractions include the Blackforestline suspension bridge which is available to Card guests at a discounted advantage price.

The add-on Card advantage offers, such as admission to the Badeparadies Schwarzwald in the form of a 2-hour ticket for Galaxy or Palmenoase, can be booked several times during your stay.

You can visit each of the 100 or so included services once free of charge during your stay. In addition, the Hochschwarzwald Card can now be used on the day of arrival and departure.

How it works

My Hochschwarzwald

With your booking confirmation you will receive a link with which you can send us your personal data and the data of your fellow travellers, your wishes and general concerns that are relevant for your stay. After you have completed this checklist and sent it back to us, you will receive a registration link via the Hochschwarzwald Touristik Gemeinschaft a few days before your arrival, which you can use to register on the guest platform "mein.hochschwarzwald.de". This activates the digital Hochschwarzwald Card and you can view the included services and book Card benefits shortly before your holiday.

How do I get the QR code?

You can download your QR code to your mobile phone after registering on the guest platform. The QR code for the included services only needs to be downloaded once and is then automatically activated for your holiday period. If you book additional Card benefits, you will receive a QR code for each person for the respective benefits.

Services not utilised cannot be refunded. No cash payment possible. The Hochschwarzwald Card can now be used on the day of arrival and departure. The Hochschwarzwald Touristik is your contact for information on the services, opening times etc. of the Hochschwarzwald Card.

KONUS Card

Travel that is environmentally-friendly, sustainable and free of charge – leave behind a healthy, ecological footprint. You will receive the KONUS card upon arrival, which you can use to travel for free on buses and trains between Pforzheim and Basel and Karlsruhe and Waldshut. So you can easily reach the starting point for your hike, your excursion destination or your shopping destination.
